Family Orientated; casual attire; always trying to think of ways to keep employees happy with company walks, games etc. Always there for clients, less voice mail more taking care issues right away.

No Cons, people try to compare a small company vs big company and you will not always get the same but I like working for a small company. One small issue: figuring out PTO, not able to check PTO on your own but other than that all great.

- Family oriented - People bring their animals and kids to work all the time - No dress code - people make up there own schedule for the most part - no structure

Owners will talk bad about employees to other employees. No basis for promotions or firings Owners do not make practical business decisions. Morale is extremely low No hard work recognition or employee incentives They will recognize if you make an error and the whole company will be informed of it. High employee turnover Overtime required on different occasions. No overtime pay although we were all hourly employees. Small company, a lot of gossip. Check calculations/ benefits have never been correct. Constant battle trying to get benefits fixed.
