Pros
I joined as an intern and subsequently converted. The Management gave great learning opportunities to juniors whereby they are able to travel overseas for in-depth Due D, this is very rare in the industry. There is also a lot of freedom in voicing your investment views and ideations. As a junior, you can get to speed with the capital market very quickly.
Cons
Not much, typical pace of a lean firm. As long as one is hungry and driven, he/she will do fine.
