Great Company - Analyst Findley Employee Review

Everyone really seemed to care about me gaining some experience and knowledge to bring into the workforce. All throughout the company no matter what level the employee was they were very welcoming and helpful.

Smaller company but still alot of stuff that they do

Get involvement with top level management, coupled with exposure to all practices of business. Relatively flexible schedule. Extremely nice people at all locations. Senior consultants are very willing to spend time teaching you what you need to know and are open to questions. The company clearly puts effort into their intern program.

The internship position is not an outward facing position. Projects depending on department can become monotonous, that being said it was an internship. Occasionally there is a lack of work. It is often difficult to finish projects because consultants are constantly traveling or are located in a different office.
