Worst management - Anonymous employee Findoc Financial Services Group Employee Review

Management is the worst, they monitor employees like prisoners. HR head is crazy , she behaves like a principal and literally points out whatever she feels like. Worst HR policies like attendance, leave , etc. , doesn't allow employees to take leaves, have a group chat, sit in cafeteria , leave office before completion of working hours. Management has no clue what's going on and has a nepotism environment, whoever are known and related to MD can do anything and others follow strict rules . Donot join even if you have nothing in hand, don't spoil your career , instead wait for sometime and look for better opportunities, also no appraisals
