- There are training provided and depending on your choice of team/group, it varies. - Structured basis which means proper guidance and have to always follow the rules and regulations set. - Plan for own time. - Trains for time management and obedience.
Cons
- First 3-6 months generally is DIFFICULT. (Good to click well with your manager) - can improve on paperwork processes - Initial interview portray that open communication but ended up is open instruction - Also, initially reflected that goals are set by ownself but manager influence and becomes manager set target. - Best to ensure manager click well as different manager different style.
