Sinking Ship, Poor Leadership - IT Specialist Finish Line Employee Review

Executive level is full of incompetence. IT is an absolute disaster. Each IT exec bickers like a child when they don’t get their projects approved or when another team’s project fails, while they all try to impress the c-suite at the expense of their peers. Leads to unrealistic demands and expectations put on the few left that are doing the actual work. Used to be a great place to work, but a steady decline and a struggling company in the industry. Nobody seems happy to be there in IT. Constantly making changes just to make them, most of which cause more problems.
