      Pros

      Solid first job, good if you want your career to be sales. Store management seems to be on top of things. I think there MIT program is quite successful.

      Cons

      Low pay, high stress. Also, corporate does not seem like they want to hire within. Corporate management seems questionable at decision making.

      Job security - they run very lean meaning not much bloat or room for cuts

      Leadership needs refreshed, people have been there too long and stuck in there ways
