Pros
Good experience for future jobs, decent paid time off, offer insurance and 401k plan. It's a pretty easy job to get and does not require much experience or education.
Cons
Unrealistic goals, pretty poor pay for management, lack of communication from upper management, some shifts can be as long as 13+ hours, and not much appreciation from upper management.
