A good stepping stone for better consultancies

Limited SME depth across teams. Narrow client and project exposure. Leadership diversity lacking. Culture did not feel inclusive or collaborative especially from leadership.

Review structure is well maintained, new starters essentially take turns and get in line to be promoted, semi regular social events and very casual about flexible working

Staff is very split between people who have been there for years and spout the same lines management give them and people with consulting experience in better firms who can see past the surface level mantras. Preaches the benefits of a ‘small but growing’ business but boils down to poor workflow management and no reporting or support structure, any criticism is met with ‘we’re improving as we grow’ - having been around now for nearly 20 years are you not past the point of having basic policies in place when unprofessionalism is so rampant? Feeds more into the boys club culture they pretend they don’t have.
