      Great for ideas as people will listen to you Homely atmosphere-like joining a family Great work-life balance, success is celebrated Outdoor environment is excellent Exceptionally friendly staff Treats all employees equally-feedback bottom-up rather than top down

      Cons

      Employees are usually under a lot of work pressure from outside environmental factors Marketing of the college can be improved-lots of people in the Birmingham area do not know what or where Fircroft is!

      Pros

      Really supportive employer, flexibility in hours, encourages walking meetings, free hot lunches, fruit, drinks, really friendly colleagues, beautiful building and grounds. Lots of training and development opportunities and great communication.

      Cons

      Small friendly company which is great to work for but not as many prospects for promotion as a large business, great culture though.
