6yThank you for your feedback! As companies grow, the structure of the company must evolve with it. FDS has looked into the pay differential and has worked to ensure those that were not in line with the standard are now. We have developed a pay scale that is followed when individuals are hired to ensure we are within the appropriate pay range.
FDS has worked hard to ensure that our field technicians have a work/life balance and we saw that Overtime was cutting into that balance. We decided on a course of action that would allow individuals to be home more and not require as much travel in the field.
We are glad you enjoyed traveling and seeing new places! One of the benefits of travel paid for by FDS is the accumulation of points you personally earn towards air, hotel and rental cars that can be used for personal travel during time off.
