Pros

* Truly innovative technology with extremely talented technical people working hard to keep innovating in an ever more competitive market place. * Customers tend to be loyal as they are won over by the power of the solution. * The Mandiant acquisition was a great move to lead the way as experts in both technology and as well as incident response and threat intelligence.

Cons

* As a hyper growth company on the NASDAQ, the expectations from the sales management are big, and so the pressure applied to individuals to meet them is always present. * Local internal resources underused & inefficient. * Work/Life balance is not part of the culture. * Salary could be more generous and payrise's are too scarce.
