Great vibe in the office starting from the top and through every level, terrific colleagues, excellent benefits, great downtown DC location, opportunity to make a difference. Company always strives to improve both for clients and staff.

Can't think of anything, really. Wish there were a shower in the building, but I can live without that.

They have a modern office, lean management, minimal meetings, and a talented, hardworking team. The business is stable and growing, and has been working with Congress for over a decade. I love the co-operation and feeling of pulling together that is evident every day I'm here.

Like any small growth company, there are growing pains. There are frequently new challenges that need to be solved as we grow and need to add more structure and process, which we try to keep a healthy balance of recognizing we need to add some process but never want to be bureaucratic with too much process. This can be tough for some people who are looking for a more structured environment.
