Pros

Some great coworkers and good culture.

Cons

There is no transparency about what this position actually is. Completely sales based, all commission, upper management doesn't care about employees. They say it isn't an outside sales role, but it is.

Pros

Love the work environment. It is positive, fun and motivating. It is nice finally liking what I do. I can honestly say I love coming into work every day. Great work/life balance too.

Cons

It can be hard work at times but nothing that is too challenging.

Pros

The people are personally nice, outside of work related issues.

Cons

First off, this job is entirely door to door sales. They will try and make it sounds like its not, even during the interview I straight up asked if its was, and they dodged the question and denied it. Also they are not transparent about pay, saying that you will make around $800 a week, making it seem as if your pay is fixed, it is not. This job is entirely commission based, and I have not seen one person make a sale in their first three weeks, leading to you being paid nothing and with the amount of driving you do, you end up losing money, not making any. Besides their lies and misrepresentation, the whole company is a pyramid scheme, with you being expected to train others right after you make your first few sales, and then the trainees doing the same, with the people at the top collected profits from the sales of the people below them. The turnover rate is insane, as by the time I left, four weeks after starting, I had seen all 6 additional people who started either leave or start looking elsewhere for jobs. I cannot stress this enough, do not work here, as finally, even when I did make sales, I was only paid less than 50% of what I was told I would make.
