Pros
Great company when I started. Cared about employees, growing at a steady pace, cash positive and then came in the parade of CEO's and CFO's on average of a new one every year. Each thought their way was the best, implemented changes and then were fired before they even can to fruition. Wash, rinse and repeat. Then carved out and sold to a PE group who had big plans as their anchor company and let their other CEO's and CFO's run it into the ground. Sorry, not many Pro's here.
Cons
Can't pay their bills, accounts that are crucial to operations shut off on a daily basis. People are leaving in droves either by RIF's or by choice. Not back filling the little people but hiring C level people with C level salaries, letting people with years of experience go to shift their jobs offshore. Losing clients at a rapid pace because there is no back office to support them anymore. This company will be gone within a year...if it lasts that long by either someone acquiring it at a bargain price or it will just close it's doors, either way it's time to get out.
