Pros
The only advantage is that you work from home. Some nice people you can work with.
Cons
Worked for 3 years. They implement new ways of dealing with customers and platforms which causes loads of stress to the employees as customers tend to get angry easily because they have to pay extra for their applications. They test new ways of communication implementing chats which they test your ability how many you can do, and if you do not do as many as they expect they look down on you. If you go on maternity at any point in your employment, do not expect people to have empathy for you when you are back. They say that customer satisfaction comes first but the resolution time is very long and customers lose ptience because their jobs are on the line. No communication between team members and management. Expect your team leader to say things to you being nice and then when womething bad happenes they look away not supporting you. Salary is basic for the amount of important information and data you work with and holidays need to be approved, 60% of the times they might reject your request stating the reason " there is no availability on those dates. Please choose different days". Expected to be promoted and they promoted me from Assistant to representative. Dissapointing. The stress of having to be told every 10 minutes to switch from chat availability to phones every single day is unprofessional and does not show work ethic at all.
