If you hate yourself, enjoy bad benefits no perks and working with the oldest cheapest tech avaialable, then this place is for you. There used to be a lot of wonderful things about CashAm, but after being bought out it Turned into the Pit of Misery
Cons
Lack of competent Leadership, budget, planning, communication, employee engagement, bonus structure, lack of adherence to policy and regulatory requirements, no attention to customer experience or satisfaction. They operate on the premise that the customer needs them more than they need a customer.
