      Absolutely love my Job!! I love having the opportunity to help people everyday. The variety of items that come in daily keeps life interesting.

      Cons

      I have continued HR issues with being bullied. When DM was advised of the situation he simply told the store manager to deal with it and that never happened. I have an associate that tells me daily they hate me and wish I was in jail, or dead or ... Being an assistant I am unable to do anything about it ie write ups etc.

      Pros

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
