      The company has a huge 'promote from within culture', so advancement opportunities are available! The work culture is great; you can tell employees care about one another and do what they can to help.

      Cons

      Not many. Work hours can be longer than anticipated because of so many things going on. Communication struggles happen occasionally.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
