It seems as if the senior management has abandoned the core values which once made Cash America a wonderful place to work. Management appears to be focused more on the bottom line and less on the dedicated employees that have worked hard to help the company attain the status it has today. Once upon a time the Cash America's management team showed genuine concern about its employees through there actions. Employee morale throughout the company is the lowest its ever been.
