The discounts and the customer interactions! The smile on customers face when you give them the money they needed to pay that light bill!
Cons
Management lacks in communication with the employee! Management does not really care if you are sick! If you call out the make you make it up during the week instead of using sick time by saying you're not allowed to have 3 days off in a week!
