Pros
Contact initially was great, they found me a contract quickly and correspondence and updates by email and phone was pretty good.
Cons
The second I got a contract, all correspondence stopped. I had a scheduled phone call on Thursday which didn't come, I then could not get into contact with anyone the Thursday/Friday before my contract was set to start. I accepted a location that was a 6 hour drive away but didn't get any contract or letter of offer until the Saturday before I was supposed to leave. Getting the contract on a weekend must be some kind of tactic because there was an issue with the pay grade and they made themselves impossible to contact. No one replied to 6+ emails, no one replied to 15+ phone calls. The phone just rang out and the one time I was able to get through the person I spoke to said 'I don't work in that area so I can't really help you, I'll organise for someone to call you back today'. Surprise surprise, no one called back. On Sunday, I was supposed to receive information about my accommodation location - never came. I kept calling, sending more emails, no reply. I decided it wasn't safe for me to drive 6 hours to a location with no information about where to go, where to stay and with the incorrect pay grade so I emailed my representative to cancel the contract - shockingly no reply.
FINALLY got through to someone on Sunday afternoon to confirm I wasn't coming and they apologised for how it had been handled and told me they would inform all the necessary people including the hospital that day.
A week later, I got an email with no apology for the disappearing act, asking me if I would pursue another contract with them as they still wanted to work with me... short answer. No.
