Pros
They have decent pay, good benifits, and most people are great to work for. Mainly treated like family.
Cons
The management team is not so good at times, and has room for improvement. First they have a system from 1980 s that is not possible to work without the proper training. They will give you criticism for all to hear. Including have management call you out on something over speaker phone for something that the system is incapable of doing. In addition they also alow others to yell and scream at you, until you say something about it then they may talk to the other person, but you are looked down on. In addition they will not take the time to reserch to see if the errors made are system errors, or truly something you did. You are told by your boss that "I do not know enough information, or know enogh about what causes the mistakes, or system to look into see if that was acually a system error, or if you did fo somethig wrong." When a mistake comes up they will fix it, resure you that it is ok, then days down the road tell you it is not ok. If you make a mistake, and you did not know how you even did anything wrong they will just tell you rather then show you how not to do it again. They take things personally, and take offence to comments being made for improvements.
