Pros

There are no pros to working here! Very poorly managed it makes you wonder how the branch manager got in that position in the first place. You only get paid the 15th and last day of the month so get used to being broke all the time. They are very greedy with the pay and there is no incentives to make more money. No commission or overtime.

Cons

All the company sees is dollars signs in their pockets and can care less about their employees and customers cause they lose them all the time! They put all the blame on the route drivers and no matter how hard you work up until your year review none of that matters because they will say they can not afford to pay you more than a little change. There's no team atmosphere and it is everyone for themselves throwing each other under the bus. They always "need more from you" but give nothing in return ". There is no room for advancement opportunities so don't get your hopes up and get suckered into their lies!

Pros

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

Cons

PTO accrual could be improved

Pros

insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

Cons

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
