      Generous PTO, 401K, Insurance Benefits,

      Miniscule raises, outdated technology, workload sometimes way too much. Although my performance reviews were always very positive, there were no rewards for a job well done. I worked a lot of overtime due to an understaffed department and since I was salaried, I received nothing for all of the extra hours I worked. Some partners within the bank were very disrespectful and were allowed to bully others with no consequences.

      Nonstop Work Little to none support/training Mediocre at best management Numbers, numbers, and numbers is all they care about Headed down the path of Chase, Wells, BofA in a bad way of growing but looking at numbers nonstop and profits so they don’t care about employees or customers.
