Customer service - Customer Service Representative First Coast Energy Employee Review

Mgr causes alot of drama between employees, bad mouths employees to other employees, complains about DM's to employees and makes racial comments, customers have complained to me about her (the manager). They have a Mgr who can't even do her paperwork correctly and Audits are a nightmare. There is a reason the company drug tests so you would think they would test people randomly Mangers ect.
