Pros
Neat that insurance (for individual only) is paid but once you add spouse or kids it becomes just as expensive as any other employer.
Cons
Cliques everywhere. Manager too busy flirting with coworkers to do real work. Pathetic raises. If you address a real concern whether an HR issue or real workload issue you will be retaliated against. Managers and up are making a small to large fortune at this "Non-profit" while lower employees who do most of the work struggle to make ends meet. Anyone and everyone there plays favorites and will throw you under the bus any chance they get. It felt like being in highschool with coworkers talking behind your back and even posting making fun of coworkers on Facebook during working hours. Very culty. HR is there only to cover the company. They do not care about the employees and will retaliate if you try to report anything.
