Micromanagement, lack of communication, unless you know someone in the department you do not move up, no opportunities for growth, no reasonable benefits, the vice president and assistant vice president of the call center do not support you nor does hr, stressful environment, and no support for medical accommodations. DO NOT WORK HERE.
