Unhealthy Work Environment - Business Solution Executive First Economy Employee Review

Working with this agency has been a disappointing experience. The business solutions team promotes a toxic environment, and the managers are often biased and unconcerned about employee issues. The management takes no action to address these problems. While the CEO seems to be a decent person, his wife is the dumbest person I’ve ever met. I approached her with a concern, and the way she handled it was both unprofessional and completely senseless. I even shared my concerns with the partner agency that referred me here.
