Interesting work, intelligent coworkers, good benefits, leadership that is talented and accesible, fun team and environment. First Electronic Bank is making big leaps to become a market leader by establishing new partnerships with fintech companies that market products that range across the consumer and commercial banking spectrum. There is alway something new to learn and great support from team members who bring a wide variety of experience and knowledge base. It's a fun place to work and the whole team seems to enjoy working together and being able to share a laugh, while still getting down to business when necessary. The perks are great too - pay is competitive, good PTO accrual that you can actually use, VERY cheap insurance including employer HSA contributions for certain plans, 401(k) matching, and others like tuition reimbursement. Lastly - I can't seem to edit the checkbox section on here, but I am confident in the CEO and his abilities and leadership!
