      Good stock options, good people, good hour, a good place to work if in school but terminal to career and they try to lock you into a spot with no ability to move up in the workplace no matter your qualifications

      Lack of ability to move up in the company....bad pay

      Experience gained and customer book of business

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
