      I couldn’t find any pros

      Cons

      Management was bad: micromanaging and passive aggressive attitude with both employees and customers. I had years of experience in banking and the manager did not care about it. I explained HR the issue I had on my exit interview and nothing was done. It’s the first time I left a job without a backup plan. I just couldn’t mentally stay any longer.

      Lots of opportunity if willing to work hard! New CEO is making great changes. Empowering staff, encouraging growth, taking better care of members and employees. This is definitely the place to work if you are looking for a long-term career! Great overall benefits package! Work/life balance encouraged!

      Cons

      Medical benefits are ok. Can be expensive with a family, but it is hard to find cost-effective medical plans at most employers. Compensation is slightly below national average, but still decent.
