Pros
Empowering work culture and senior management style. High-level strategy is visionary and innovative. Promotes employee wellbeing and is mostly people-oriented. Takes good care of its employees despite the pandemic issues and restrictions.
Cons
The high-level strategy does not trickle down to all teams. There are still mini-cultures that sadly don't reflect the company's vision and work environment for the employees. Promotion is difficult. Very relationship-driven.
