First Harvest is a great small company with managers who care about employees. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

Fast pace and high expectations

Smaller credit union; easy to get job done with no experience in banking.

MANAGEMENT is horrible. They have favorites and literally all clique up. They support supervisors using profanity on the lobby floor in front of members, supervisors will call you out of your name with zero consequences, and do NOT do your job better than managers bc they will find any reason to harass, undermine, bully & ultimately fire you. Save yourself the headache.
