The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and some of the best mentors and managers I’ve ever worked with. They’re also deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, which shows in their culture and daily operations. Like any large company, your experience can vary depending on your role or team. However, because First Hospitality is so large, if there are challenges in your position, there are plenty of other opportunities to explore within the company. Upper management is receptive to feedback and new ideas, and there's always someone willing to listen and offer support.
