One member of C-Suite hasn't got a clue how to manage people, shy's away from difficult/uncomfortable conversations and pulls the trigger on firing way too much. They don't seem to have any idea how to properly plan for the future of the business as well as the people within it. Toxic environment with some getting special treatment that no one else gets.
