My coworkers were usually great but you don’t always get lucky with that

The company will always back higher ranked employees and favor them for payouts and promotions without verifying if it is deserved. The company also has many loopholes that they will use against you if you miss days or decide to leave the company. I left 2 months after the quarter ended and they refused to pay me my incentive pay from the previous quarter. If you work here, I advise you read the handbook front to back so you know whats in store for you.
