      Pros

      Company has it’s good parts, coworkers are usually friendly. Decent compensation, 401k match is more than a lot of employers.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is rather negative and somewhat toxic. Favoritism runs rampant. Communication from upper management is lacking in transparency. Mildly questionable practices. Total lack of training in all areas. They promote themselves as “the best place to work” but overwork their employees.

      Racism, management discriminating against customers, untrained coworkers and upper management, loan officers letting applications expire and not barely working, lack of compassion, certain departments said they don’t hire men, management trash talking other departments and employees, unsanitary work environments, hostile coworkers,
