The hours were great, co-workers are friendly and helped when you asked for assistance. Location was ideal. On point with updated systems and generally made sure on-line tutorials were promptly administered.

Management was self-congratulatory and overall racist. Salary was dismal. Tellers usually had to get second jobs to make it through. Advancement opportunities were non-existant and when they were available, they were already ear-marked for someone else regardless of seniority. I know this occurs everywhere but they were truly blatant about it. High turn-over rate.
