Many of the employees are of the highest caliber and care a great deal about the Bank's customers and bringing the best in relationship banking to their communities
Cons
Executive management claims to believe that the employee base is the most crucial aspect of the company but that is questionable. They are not always adept at balancing business necessities with customer and certainly employee need.
