      Cons

      Small company means everyone wears a lot of hats. Process and procedures are not always consistent. A few bumps as the company grows, but that is part of growing.

      Great work environment and the CEO is invested in creating a positive culture. There are staff events, quarterly swag, employee banking perks, and more. There are lots of opportunities to make an impact and advance within the organization.

      There are some technology limitations many of which are being addressed this year.
