      You get to work on big client while learning how to deal with the most toxic people :)

      Cons

      - bad pay - no motivation/appreciation for work - criticism at its peak - micromanaging by the management - founders tend to take everything in their hands - too much mismanagement - hybrid culture sounds very fun at first but its the worst thing ever
