      Pros

      Overall,this seems to be a decent company to work for. Most everyone is easy talk to and understanding. However, you should keep your opinions and thoughts to yourself and DO NOT "go against the grain". Change is not accepted.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, there isn't much of a difference between a new hire with little experience to an employee with 10 years on the job.

      Company empowers folks to do the job and stays out of the way.

      Cons

      Turn over with driver staff due to shortages in the industry complicates the ability to deliver high quality service , but the staff continues to me it happen

      Pros

      Getting paid by the hour, company outings. The owner of the company is a down to earth guy, he will talk with you .

      SLIP SEATING THE PAY WAS SUBSTANDARD DUE TO THE FACT THEY REQUIRED SOME DRIVERS TO RUN 3 TO 4 DIFFERENT PRODUCT LINE MANY DRIVER NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING ONE DAY TO THE NEXT
