Slow to make decisions and very slow to change

Good Health Insurance, Reasonable Hours, Excellent Location to Downtown Boston

Initially, we were able to show our unique personalities while still maintaining the proper rules and regulations to banking, but over time our uniqueness was discouraged and regulated to "their" ideals. The environment became more stressful and discouraging as a new manager with a staunch banking background took over and starting letting employees go that would not conform to "her way" of doing things. This led to a revolving door of new employees.
