Pros

I have a job and usually get paid on time. They like to think they have good benefits, but the truth is, they are very expensive, especially if you have family coverage and although they have a 401k, they don't provide any match.

Cons

When I was hired, I was given 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays and 6 floating holidays. A month later, they changed the policy to 10 PTO days, 1 floating holiday and 6 regular paid holidays. They stole all the sick pay and 5 floating holidays with no explanation or apology. We were just supposed to feel grateful to have a job. Who treats people that way?

Pros

Originally was employed by a growing company, with a work life balance, and everyone got the job done - overall friendly environment. Worked for the company for over 2 years. Loved every minute BEFORE the FSN/FM acquisition.

Cons

New Execs all over: Strategy, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing cant keep anyone. High turnover across the company. The CEO is all about himself. Picks and chooses who he wants on his team and who he will acknowledge in the hallway. New management across the board to make him feel better about his 6 figure income while everyone else slaves to make the company money. Picks and chooses when bonuses will be paid and makes sure not everyone gets them even when its earned. Losing clients due to the new process not being the best investment, the process/programs aren't working and no one can acknowledge that even when the red flags were all over place when it first started. No training that is consistent nationally. There should be a plan in place - Training is horrible! Benefits are horrid to say the least. Insurance costs a fortune and no company match on the 401k. IT department is lacking direction. No consistency, constant errors, nightmare!
