      Pros

      Maybe the pay rate is good, but the stress is by far NOT worth it. But that's only my opinion.

      Cons

      I don't really know where to start...between the school personnel not helping and the parents using racism against the drivers and even threatening you...oh! And the management at the company not backing up it's drivers...I could go on for days...

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
