Pros
The work is available if you want it, plus you're getting paid at a rate that's considerably more than the Federal Minimum Wage with a fraction of the hassle that you would otherwise experience at a company like McDonalds.
Cons
Because this review only pertains to a terminal I worked at in Southwestern Pennsylvania, those who are reading this should factor that into the equation of my input. The biggest con of working here has been the fact that there are too many cliques, and although they are mostly comprised of women, there are a few men who have fallen into that cliquey category as well. Also realize that my terminal was, and still is, being managed by someone who would rather discipline the minority in order to maintain the status-quo of the majority, and you have, in a nutshell, an environment that is a breeding ground for cliques, or more severely tribes, all ever willing to fill the vacuous void left by management that does nothing to exert the fact that we all work at the same place, and nobody or group of "nobodies" have a right to claim a monopoly on other coworkers or their opinions that they express in the break room, however divergent and unpopular they may be with the general and homogenized opinions on religion, race, sexual orientation, etc. etc.
