Pros

New Employee Onboarding and Training Top Notch Great Colleagues Culturally Progressive Organization

Cons

Base pay is heavily weighted based on geography rather than experience and seems low compared to market competitors for same role(s). 401k has a two year vesting period. You are not eligible for any commission or production share for the first 90 days of employment and is only paid on a quarterly basis. This means you will not recieve any override until month 7 of employment. Work from home and hybrid is not offered. PTO is only 10 days and has to be accrued through first year and includes sick time. Stays at this rate for the first three years. My industry experience has been 15 days of PTO in addition to 10 days of sick at a minimum.

Pros

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

Cons

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
