      The hours available to work depend on what church events are scheduled, so events during the week tend to be erratic at best. Only a part time job.

      Pros

      You will not find better people to work with anywhere. Every day you are working for a purpose... for a greater good. There is a nice balance between regular routines and new challenges. You have a good amount of PTO, built-in holidays, and generous contributions to a retirement account.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of the organization, it can be an emotionally challenging place to work. You should be sure to pay attention to self-care. It's lower pay than working a corporate job, and no health insurance.
