      Company owners, who are husband and wife, are nice and organized in decision-making. They don't supersede each other and ultimately respect their jurisdictions. Security of job position. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      Low compensation. No salary increase for a long-time, if there is, minimal increment will be given. No growth, trainings, and seminars offered to its employees. Minimal employee benefits. Rare opportunity for promotion. Routine work. No management meeting. No action for issues emerging within the company.
